The PVC Film is made by 3 layers. They are surface layer, printing layer and base material layer.

First, use the printing machine to print the clients’ designs.

After drying, it is transferred to the press machine. The press machine uses high temperature and pressure to stick the 3 layers together. Then use the embossing roller to make the texures.

The third step is to apply a layer of treatment agent on the back of the embossed PVC film by the printing machine to increase the firmness of the back of the PVC film and the glue

Then pack the films with clients’ reuqires.
