Basic classification of PVC decorative film

PVC decorative film for furniture board which made of chipboard and MDF, interior doors, window sills differs in texture and color:

1. Texture pvc film – a coating that imitates natural materials: different types of wood, stone, marble. The assortment includes designer prints – floral motifs, abstraction, geometry. Such options are often chosen for decorating countertops and facades of MDF kitchen sets.

2. High gloss pvc film – protects the furniture surface from various mechanical damage, moisture ingress. Such a film does not peel off with prolonged use. The colors can be very different; for decorating a high-tech room, a glossy film with a metallic effect is often chosen.

3. Matte/super matte pvc film – in terms of technical qualities it does not differ from glossy. In terms of performance, matte film has several advantages. Due to the special texture, fingerprints and small dirt are invisible on the surface. The cabinet fronts are non-sparkling to avoid glare from lighting fixtures.

4. Self-adhesive pvc film – a separate group for home use, which includes glossy and matte textures. Self-adhesive type of PVC coating does not require special equipment for application. A wide range of colors allows you to choose an option suitable for any interior style.

Additionally, PVC decorative film can be decorated with embossing, holographic shine, patina. Drawing of images in 3D format is possible.
